A Soul Illumination session is a guided, intuitive experience designed to help individuals connect deeply with their true essence and cultivate high heart consciousness. During a Soul Illumination session, you will experience an energetic transmission from the guides, helping you tap into a higher frequency of light energy, where you're able to fully receive guidance. What to know about Soul Illumination Sessions…
Each session begins with a calming guided meditation designed to relax you and regulate your nervous system, creating an open space for receiving guidance. I call upon your highest self, along with all guides, teachers, ancestors, angels, loved ones, and light beings to join us in the session. Together, they will lead us on a sensory journey, answering your questions and communicating any messages that are meant for you at that moment, offering insights that are aligned with your soul’s path and purpose.
When preparing for a session, it's helpful to think of open-ended questions, as the guides value honoring our free will and encourage us to remain open to new possibilities. These types of questions often lead to more detailed, insightful answers. It's best to avoid questions like "when," "should," or yes/no questions, as they tend to limit the flow of information. While preparing questions in advance is useful, it's also natural for new questions to arise during the session. You can think of the experience as a fluid, free-flowing conversation with the guides, where insights evolve as the session unfolds.
It's important to note that the guides will only provide information that is most supportive for you in the present moment. They are discerning about when and how they share certain insights, ensuring that what you receive aligns with your highest potential for health, transformation, and soul growth.
